Who We Are
RAM Holdings is led by Ronald Mis, an experienced general manager and investor. Ron has invested in and managed a number of private companies, consistently earning high returns for his investment and management partners.
Ron began his career at Bain & Company, a leading strategy consulting firm. He subsequently led Corporate Development for Oak Industries, a NYSE listed corporation. Ron formed RAM Holdings in 1997, and has invested in, advised or managed manufacturing and distribution businesses in numerous industries, including electronic components, radio broadcast equipment, consumer outerwear and industrial safety supplies. Ron earned a B.A. in History from Yale College and a M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
RAM Holdings is joined by other private investors to finance its transactions and advise portfolio companies. These investment partners, with experience as directors, managers and entrepreneurs, bring valuable insights to assist management teams in building their businesses.
